Additionally, we only transfer data to countries that are recognized by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) for having adequate data protection laws. For transfers to countries without such recognition, we conduct Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) to evaluate and mitigate potential risks. We also use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), which are approved by regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with KSA PDPL.
