To prepare for your Store Management role, you’ll be hands-on in different store areas including Grocery, Fresh Foods, Customer Service, Stock Control Operations. You’ll learn about every aspect of how a store runs from supply chain to shop floor and all about our brand and our customers. All this will come with serious responsibility early on, but every step of the way you’ll be coached and supported by some enthusiastic colleagues, as well as the people who’ve been there before – our team of experienced managers.
